Get Connected - Ross Jackson Blood Drive

Drawing on the professional skills of Austin's Blood and Tissue Center, the people of Saint Stephen's support a Wimberley community-wide blood drive twice each year in McArthur Hall.

Skills Needed:Organization, list making and scheduling talent, computer skills, telephone persuasiveness, recruitment know-how.
Commitment: One month prior to date, paper work preparation; pick-up of sign up sheets, announcements three Sundays at both services prior to each drive, one week of appointment scheduling, one day being present at actual drive.
Financial Commitment: None to volunteers
Training: Easy to do, working with current coordinator.
Need for More People: Seek those with good contacts in other Wimberley churches, community organizations to inspire personal recruitment and motivation.
