Twice a year, the Hill Country's Christian community plunges into deeper waters, immersing themselves in the Word of the Lord as received in Scripture and church tradition. On Sundays from 4-6 pm, people gather for friendship and for learning. The meetings are open to the whole community. They are held on the campus of Saint Stephen's Church, which is honored to use its 52-acre campus for the benefit of all. Saint Stephen's Church is located at 6000-A FM 3237 east of the downtown of Wimberley, Texas between Kyle and Wimberley on FM 3237.
During the 2011-2012 school year, Deeper Waters will be held in two eight-week sessions. The first session runs from September 25th to November 13th (excluding October 9, Columbus Day). The second session runs from February 5th to April 1st (excluding March 11, the beginning of Spring Break).
