COMMUNITY OF HOPE
The mission of Community of Hope is to create Christian communities of lay chaplains united in prayer, shaped by Benedictine spirituality, and trained to serve pastoral needs within and beyond our parish. Lay chaplains bring Christ's love to those in need through compassionate listening "with the ear of our heart."
Community of Hope ministries include but are not limited to outreach in
homes, hospitals, retirement homes, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, prisons, women's ministries, youth ministries, homeless and under-served, and mission trips.
If you are interested in being part of the Community of Hope, or if you should have a need for a lay chaplain, please contact: Nancy Jenkins, Kristen Schmidt, Dot Green, Becky Denton, Connie Maverick, or Sharon East.
