TEENS (ages 14-18)

youth-group.jpg

The Teens, ages 14-18, are led by Family & Youth Minister Elisa Webster and co-lead Melissa Odell. New to the Youth leadership staff is Texas State sophomore Maddie Borrego. During the school year, the Teens use "The Journey to Adulthood" Sunday school curriculum. We hope your teen will be able to join us on Sunday afternoons in the Log Cabin for exciting outings and opportunities to build a closer walk with Christ and new friendships.

In the high school years, a teenage will deepen and personalize their faith in Christ.

The high school years are a time of testing beliefs in light of growing life experience and personal awakening. When leaders and parents mobilize their potential, high school students will keep pursuing authentic faith and discover a personal mission. Our High School curriculum "Journey to Adulthood" along with outings, outreach projects, fundraisers, a summer mission trip, and opportunities to join the Discovery confirmation classes form the basis for this central teen ministry here at St. Stephen's

Teens will meet most Sundays of the school year at 5:00 p.m. in the Log Cabin. On Mission Sundays, the second Sunday of the month, teens meet at 2:00 p.m. in order to participate alongside St. Stephen's school and church families attending the 2:00 p.m. Courtyard Holy Eucharist service and monthly outreach project.
